One reason I love being a part of KAMEL is that it presents many opportunities to connect with people I would otherwise never have a chance to meet. Many of you reading this I have met at art shows and festivals. And through many of these connections I have had the opportunity to create things I would have never thought of on my own.
This year I exhibited at some amazing art festivals in the San Francisco Bay area. Many of them were organized by Dana and Troy Hale-Mounier, the fine couple behind Pacific Fine Arts Festivals. And through these festivals, I've been fortunate to meet and build friendships with some incredibly gifted and sincere artists.
Some of these artists have been seriously affected by the California wildfires this year.
